About us
With over 20 years of experience in the property sector, our consultants have a firm understanding of client requirements and solution provisions.
Headed by Marcus Wood, River Commercial was incorporated in 2014 with a primary focus on funding acquisition, development and investment of the residential and commercial property sectors. In 2015 membership with the NACFB was granted and subsequently in 2016 the company achieved regulation status under the Financial Conduct Authority. With our regulatory standards attained we focus our duty of care to our clients and funders as a core focus.
Tariq Ansari joined the company in 2016 adding a wealth of real estate investment /development investment experience to the firm. Tariq works with developers and property investment key groups from the outset on a wide range of projects ranging from standard to complex structured finance models.
